This massage is a very deep tissue massage incorporating traditional Thai acupressure and the use of the therapists elbows for much of the treatment.

This intense massage may result in muscle tenderness for a few days following treatment.  We recommend taking a bath the evening of the treatment using our Muscle Ease Bath Salts or Oil.

 

Herbal Compress Massage - Nuad Pra Kob

This treatment uses a blend of organic Thai herbs and organic essential oils wrapped in a soothing, warm cotton compress.  The compress is steamed and applied to the skin with a specific Thai technique transferring the beneficial properties to the body.  It is a combination of heat, organic herbs, organic essential oils, and massage to help reduce muscle tension, increase blood circulation, and stimulate lymphatic drainage.  Using organic herbs is very important with this massage as it ensures the elimination of any potentially toxic, carcinogenic pesticides and/or herbicides.
