of organic oats in a cloth with one drop of
the Organic French Lavender essential oil
and add to full tub. Be sure to eat
plenty of fresh veggies, hydrate your body
with plenty of water to prevent
constipation, and gently exercise daily to
promote proper circulation and alleviate
stress.
